Important Shipping Information

For all items with "WS" in the item number and or link to this info page:

1. These items ship directly from the manufacturer and may ship separately from other items in your order.
2. A home address must be used as these items can not ship to PO Boxes, APO/AFO.
3. Orders shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii will be invoiced for $22.00 above regular shipping rates. 
4. For very heavy/ large orders, additional shipping charges may apply- you will be notified & invoiced if needed (your order will not be processed until overweight shipping is paid).
5. Allow approx. 10 business days for delivery. If faster shipping is needed, add a note at checkout or send a message before ordering- we can then invoice you for upgraded shipping. 
6. Protect your WS shipment with Shipping Insurance

Additionally, for ALL WS shipments: To ensure the security of your package, FedEx will require a signature to complete the delivery process. After three attempts, if the delivery is not successful, FedEx will hold your package for pick up at their nearest depot for 5 days. Help make sure your delivery goes smoothly by sending your package to an address where someone that you trust will be available to sign. Thank you.
